These terms cover your use of Austin Permit Leads ("we", "us"), including the austinpermitleads.com website and our weekly email digest. By signing up, you agree to them.
The Service
Austin Permit Leads is a subscription service that emails a weekly digest of newly issued Austin commercial building permits, ranked for your trade.
Free Trial
New subscribers receive their first 3 weekly issues free. No card is required for the trial. After the trial, you can choose a paid plan to keep receiving the digest.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices listed on our website (currently $149/month for the Trade Edition and $249/month for Full List + CSV). Prices may change; we'll tell you by email before a change affects your subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
About the Data
The digest is built from public records published by the City of Austin, including Development Services permit data. Austin Permit Leads is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Austin. Permit records can be incomplete, late or wrong, and our fit scores and notes are automated estimates. The digest is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Please confirm details with the City record before relying on them.
Your Use of the Digest
Your subscription is for use within your own company. Please don't resell, republish or redistribute digest content, or share it outside your company, without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Austin Permit Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or missed bids, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let subscribers know by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
