Austin Permit Leads ("we", "us") sends a weekly email digest of new Austin commercial building permits. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Company name
- Business email address
- Trade (for example, fire sprinkler/alarm or low-voltage)
- ZIP codes you serve, if you choose to add them
We also keep basic records about your subscription: when you signed up and confirmed, whether you are subscribed or unsubscribed, and the country your signup came from, as reported by our hosting provider. If you become a paying customer, we keep a record of your plan and billing status.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to send you the digest you asked for, tailor it to your trade and area, manage your free trial and subscription, and answer your emails. We don't use it for anything else.
Double Opt-In
After you sign up, we email you a confirmation link. You won't receive the digest until you click it. If you don't confirm, you won't get any further emails from us.
Services We Use
- Postmark delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the messages we send you.
- Stripe processes payments. You enter card details directly with Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores subscriber records.
These providers handle data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
No Selling or Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing. We share it only with the services above so they can do their jobs, or if the law requires it.
Unsubscribe Anytime
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending the digest. We keep your email address on a do-not-send list so you aren't emailed again by mistake.
Deleting Your Data
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete your information, except for any records we must keep for tax or legal reasons, such as payment history.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let subscribers know by email.
